These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to the Norvexcore website and use of our professional services, including cybersecurity consulting, assessments, secure development, AI solutions, CRM integrations, and related offerings.

By using our website or entering into a service agreement, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Norvexcore provides security-first consulting and implementation services tailored to each client engagement. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in proposals, statements of work, or master service agreements.

We may update service descriptions on our website for informational purposes. Binding terms for paid engagements are those documented in signed agreements.

Clients agree to the responsibilities below.

Provide accurate information and timely access required for assessments and project delivery.

Maintain appropriate internal authorization for systems, data, and environments we are asked to review.

Implement agreed remediation steps and maintain backups before changes to production systems.

Use deliverables and recommendations in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews are conducted within agreed scope and rules of engagement. Results reflect conditions at the time of testing and do not guarantee future security.

Norvexcore is not liable for issues outside agreed scope, undisclosed systems, third-party platforms, or changes made after delivery unless covered under a separate managed services agreement.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during an engagement. Norvexcore treats client data, credentials, architecture details, and findings as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.

Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment methods are specified in the applicable agreement. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services as outlined in the contract. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Norvexcore retains ownership of its methodologies, tools, templates, and pre-existing materials. Client-specific deliverables and custom work product ownership are defined in the governing agreement. Website content, branding, and marketing materials remain the property of Norvexcore.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norvexcore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months, unless otherwise required by law.

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the termination provisions in the signed agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for fees for work performed and must cease use of any licensed Norvexcore materials not expressly transferred.

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in the applicable client agreement or, if none is specified, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Norvexcore is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
